Went to Roy’s after multiple recommendations. My truck was suddenly shutting off while driving not long after having the battery replaced. Would give me steering and window codes on the dash. Told them I also wanted a tune up. Roy’s had it for 5 days. Told me they couldn’t find anything but he test drove it multiple times and it was good to go. Told me to bring it back later for the tune up. (They didn’t have time). After picking it up, we drove it for an hour when it shut down again. Called AAA. The AAA tow truck driver found the problem in 20 seconds. (Loose wire on the battery that connects to the computer). Because the battery was disconnected, we had to bring it back the next day to clear the dash codes with his computer. When we showed up didn’t have the right computer. Told us to bring it back after July 4th and he’d clear it. Said it would take him 5 min. Took it back today. He told me to come back July 21st and he’d fix it. Lol. We’re going to find a different shop. You should too. A month of headaches over a very simple loose wire that a tow truck driver found in 20 seconds.

Roy and his team is the most honest hard working shop u will find he has helped me and treated me so great wouldn't go anywhere else need great work on ur car and fixed right ull find no better shop ROYS AUTOMOTIVE.

Roy is very knowledgeable and very trustworthy when it comes to repairing your car. Hes fair priced and will get you in and out as soon as he can.

Roy is awesome. He really helped my daughter out. She had a horrible experience for her first time taking a car to a shop in Dayton. Roy was able to look at her car and let her know everything was good. He didn’t charge her a diagnostic fee. Do you want someone that’s gonna be down to earth and trustworthy go to him.
